Daniel Egielman was born on 31st of December 1994 in Gdańsk, Poland.
He started playing at the age of seven in the Primary and Secondary Music School „Feliks Nowowiejski” in Gdańsk, which he graduated with honours in 2013.
Currently he studies at the University MOZARTEUM in Salzburg, Austria in the class of prof. Marco Tamayo.
He is the laureate of more than 20 international guitar competitions. His most important achievements are:

Daniel has been invited to play concerts in venues such as the Polish Baltic Philharmonic, Baltic Opera, NOSPR in Katowice, Łazienki Park, Royal Castle and the Presidential Palace in Warsaw.
He was also invited to play recitals at the international guitar festivals of Brussels, Torino, Olsztyn, Kielce, Żory, Krynica-Zdrój, Szeczcin's "Summer Guitar Concerts", Gdańsk's "Polish Chamber Choir" and Poznań’s “Polish Guitar Academy” festival and Zielona Góra's "Summer Guitar Festival". In 2014 he performed a “Master and pupil” concert with his professor Marco Tamayo.
In 2015 as a soloist with the “AUKSO Orchestra Summer Philharmonic” he performed concertos by Ponce and Vivaldi.
Since 2016 Daniel performs regularly with an Italian guitarist Martina Barlotta under the name of "Duo Barlotta-Egielman".
In July 2017 Daniel made his debut concert tour in China as representative of the Chinese guitar manufacturer "Gomera". The tour spanned 6 cities over 5 provinces, and consisted of a number of solo recitals, masterclasses, and performances on a variety of shows. The following month he performed at the "Gomera Night" concert in Wenzhou, organised by the Wenzhou Guitar Association
Since 2013 his studies at the “Mozarteum” are supported by the President of Gdańsk with the "Gabriel Daniel Fahrenheit" Scholarship.
Daniel is an ambassador of the Chinese guitar manufacturer “Gomera”. He is also a representative of and supported by the french string factory “Savarez”
